All clients seeking access to Confide Counselling Service may refer themselves, either by letter, email or phone. Upon contacting Confide, more information will be sent together with our Terms and Conditions and an application form. Clients are also referred by GPs, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, Health Visitors, etc (this should be done by letter). Following this referral the client will be contacted by letter requesting the client to contact Confide for an initial interview – this ensures that the client takes an active part in the process rather than feeling “sent” by someone else. |
