Confide is a Shropshire-based charity which provides a high quality affordable individual counselling service to the general public, and also provides training in counselling. It is an accredited Service of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abides by its Ethical Framework. It is a member of the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (WPF) National Network, WPF is the largest provider of general counselling in the country.

 All Confide counsellors have completed a 3-year WPF Counselling Certificate course, or its equivalent.
 They are thoroughly assessed by internal and external assessors before starting counselling and their work is continually monitored.
